Data controller

The controller is RSI Homes, based in Tawęcino. Full registration data and controller contact details will be completed after confirmation by RSI Homes.

Scope and purpose

We process data provided voluntarily in the form or in direct contact: name, email address, phone number, project location, enquiry type and message content.

We use the data only to answer the enquiry, prepare an offer and handle correspondence related to the project.

Legal basis

The legal basis is consent and the legitimate interest of handling the enquiry and correspondence. The final basis will be confirmed in the approved version of this document.

Retention

We keep data for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any cooperation, and afterwards for the period required by law. The exact period will be defined in the approved version.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

Recipients and cookies

Data may be shared with technical support and hosting providers only to the extent needed to run the website. The site uses essential cookies and does not run marketing tools without separate consent.

Handling form enquiries

The contact form sends data to the RSI Homes server and then stores it in a Google Sheets spreadsheet managed by RSI Homes. We process: your name, email address, optional phone and project location, the type of enquiry, your message and the language selected on the site.

We use the data only to answer the enquiry and prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months from the last contact, and afterwards for any period required by law.

Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by providers supporting the website: Vercel Inc. (hosting i dostarczanie aplikacji, UE / USA); Google LLC (Google Workspace / Sheets) (przechowywanie i zarządzanie zgłoszeniami w arkuszu kalkulacyjnym, UE / USA); dostawca poczty transakcyjnej / dodatkowy CRM (opcjonalne powiadomienia e-mail i webhook, do potwierdzenia) — do potwierdzenia.

We do not sell data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some hosting providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or another lawful basis under the GDPR, with appropriate safeguards.

Data security

We use encrypted connections (TLS), restricted access to data, data minimisation and mechanisms that limit automated form abuse.

Automated decisions and policy changes

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing and we do not profile data for marketing.

This policy may be updated. Each version carries a date and number; material changes are announced on the website.
